Broken, non functional, or defective bulbs will be replaced at no cost to you. For light strings and other items we will do our best to help fix the issue. If a solution can't be reached in a timely manner we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Tru-Tone bulbs and Classic Light Strings are safe to use outdoors, but the variety and severity of weather conditions and wildlife behaviors can have adverse effects on their longevity. All colored bulbs are susceptible to fading over time when used outdoors, though the time it takes can vary greatly. These factors will be taken into consideration with all replacement requests. Final determination for all replacements will be made at the sole discretion of Tru-Tone.
