Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Tru-Tone offers standard and expedited shipping options to all US states and territories via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated by the carriers based on destination, and the size and weight of your order. Delivery estimates are also provided by the carriers. They do not include order processing time and are not guaranteed by Tru-Tone. Most orders ship within 48 hours, but may take longer during our busiest season (October-December).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Tru-Tone sells and ships our products to most countries. Shopify handles the checkout process and shipping for all International orders. This means that all taxes, duties and fees will be collected at checkout, so you don’t have to worry about surprise charges, or having your package held when it arrives in your country. International Tru-Tone orders will appear as Global-E on your bank statement.
It also means that international shipping costs are determined by Shopify and limited to their own options: DHL Standard and DHL Express (please note that only one of these options may be available in some areas). We understand that international shipping can be costly and often takes longer. We apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause. We continue to work toward expanding our distribution internationally to help alleviate these costs and thank you for your support and patience in the meantime.
LOCAL PICKUP
We are pleased to offer free local pickup for our customers at our Ogden, Utah location. Most orders will be available for pickup within 1 business day and you will be notified via email when your order is ready. To ensure a smooth experience, please do not arrive at the pickup location until you have received the email notification stating your order is ready.
To protect your order, we require the following at the time of pickup:

A copy of your Order Confirmation (digital or printed).

A Valid Government-issued ID that matches the name on the order.

Note: If someone else is picking up on your behalf, please reply to your confirmation email in advance with their full name.
We will hold your items for 30 calendar days from the date the order was placed. If an order is not collected within the holding period, it will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy.
