2024 HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATES

Here at Tru-Tone, we're working around the clock to ship orders as quickly as we're able, but please be advised that due to increased order volume, shipments may take up to four days to process.


Expedited shipping options will not reduce processing time.


We have no influence with shipping carrier operations, and all carriers are experiencing high demand and weather events which may delay the transit times provided to you. Please consider this when choosing a shipping option. 


We make a significant effort to get packages to carriers up to the very last moment they will accept packages in each day to help facilitate getting your order to you as fast as possible.

Canadians: we have paused the ability for you to place new orders due to the Canada Post strike. Orders which are returned to us will be refunded. We're hopeful for a resolution which will deliver those orders which are currently caught in limbo. 

We are a very small business and do our best to manage the high demands of this season, but unexpected media coverage has created extra challenges for us. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we do our very best to get your new lights into your hands as soon as possible.
